We use High quality D VVS1 Moissanite Diamonds on all our jewelry.

We also offer Lab Grown Diamond options based on client's budget.

We use real 925 Sterling Silver & Rhodium plating on all our jewelry.

We also offer 10k, 14k, 18k Solid Gold and Platinum based on client's budget.

All of our jewellery is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.

We are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of being placed.

You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.

You can return your item within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products or solid gold products as they are made to order. Additionally, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

Hobi will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong or defected item was sent to the recipient.
