Refund policy
Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days after receiving the product. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- If you received gifts with your item, they must be returned to process a refund.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

DUTIES & TAXES
We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide. The recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order, including original shipping and any return shipping charges, will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be issued upon request.
• If your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
• Hobi reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
• Regarding packages marked delivered by the carrier, Hobi is not liable for lost packages.
• If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us to request a resolution.
- All returns must be unused, unworn and re-sellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. Hobi does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
- Once a return is approved, customers have 5 business days to send back their purchase. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).
- All earring sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
All Made-to-Order Items (i.e.; solid gold, custom made items) sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
We are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of being placed.
Hobi Warranty
We are committed to providing the highest quality of jewelry; this is why we offer the Hobi Warranty. If your product arrives damaged during shipment or comes with manufacturing defect, our warranty entitles you to a replacement of the item. If, for any reason, we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage).
A Shipping and Handling fee of $20 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.
All made-to-order items is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, replacement of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (accidental breakage, scratches, missing stones, etc.)
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
International Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
